A 1920s weatherboard cottage given a top-to-bottom exterior refresh — full prep, weather-sealing, and a soft Natural White finish that holds up against the salt air.
A 1920s weatherboard cottage in Suffolk Park, weathered by years of coastal exposure. The owners wanted to bring it back to life without losing any of the heritage character.
We started with a full strip-back — sanding, filling, and repairing the worst of the rotted boards. Two coats of primer, then two top coats in a soft Natural White with charcoal trim. The finish has now seen two summers and still looks like it was painted yesterday.
